Just a quick update here - thought it would be worthwhile mentioning that tonight was my school's first awards ceremony of all time, and I managed to receive THE higher art award in my school, given for the highest combined marks out of the 3 subsections of the higher art course, and on top of that, managed to get the highest mark for the design subsection of art (created a model of living spaces on the River Clyde - they'll exist one day XD).

So, quite chuffed, tonight, methinkith.

On the subject of art pieces, I have to put my mountain landscape piece to the side for now, and hopefully return to it one day, as right now, my Advanced Higher art course requires more of my time being spent on the pieces in class that fit with my "theme" (that's still to be decided).
Right now, I'm in the process of making a painting about how much man-kind is controlled by computers/robots these days, as much as we'd like to think we're in control of the computers/robot. I won't go on too much, but the linework is now complete, and I'm starting the painting stage tomorrow. I'll have a WIP picture up soon, and you'll see the basic design.
Other than that, just filling my sketchpad with some of my brain-children, and doing wee bits and bobs here and there. Nothing too serious, but they might amount to something one day.

Anyways, once again I've went on for more than I should. I'll try to get some new material posted soon, and hopefully keep you all interested.
